“Not touching” means the Fuel Barrel. the 3 LEGOs that make up the Fuel Barrel, physically CAN NOT TOUCH THE MAT..
In order for the Fuel Barrel to score, The Fuel Barrel must be, in or above, the brown roof area of the ski lift. NOT TOUCHING THE MAT

The only condition that needs to be met is that the Fuel Barrel is above the Ski Lift roof, not touching the mat.

Yes, the robot may push the Fuel Barrel to the brown area of the roof.
Simply, when the referee scores the Board, at the end of the Match, if the Fuel Barrel “touches” the mat, you do NOT receive a score.
To score, the Fuel Barrel must be on the roof, NOT touching the mat, at the end of the Match.

As long as the Fuel Barrel does not physically touch the mat your box will work.
The Fuel Barrel will score, provided the referee, looking from above, determines the Fuel Barrel is, partially or completely,above the brown area of the Ski Lift Roof.
