In the scoring information for the marble toss it states Marble resting on (touching) the LEGO plate. Does that mean the marbles have to be on top of the plate? Or can they be on the mat, but touching the plate?

To score, the marble(s) must be “on top of the plate, not touching the mat”

Can the marbles be contained and that container set on the plate?

Mission 13 states “touch”. The marbles must touch the plate. What your strategy is to achieve this is up to you.
