Coaches Meeting Pickup

Several regional hosts have agreed to pickup your RCX supplies and hand them to you at the local Coaches Meeting.

          Campbell County

          Daviess County

          Fayette County

          Georgetown College

          Jefferson County 

          Morehead State University

          Oldham County

     Additional regions may be added.

If your Region is listed above and you would like to pickup your RCX supplies at your local Coaches Meeting, mark "Coaches Meeting Pickup" for your shipping method before you complete your order.  There will be NO shipping charges added. You will receive an emailed copy of your invoice within 48 hours after placing your order. 

All documentation for Purchase Orders and Tax Exempt orders must be received by October 15th to qualify for "Coaches Meeting Pickup".  If documentation is not received by October 15th, your order will not be available for pickup at your local Coaches Meeting and Shipping Charges will be added to your order. Orders will be shipped only after order is prepaid.

       "Extended to October 15"  

Coaches Meeting Pickup is extended to October 15.  You may place an order up to October 15 for Coaches Meeting Pickup.  All orders placed after October 15 will be shipped, thus require a Shipping Charge.
